This agreement does not lock you into anything upfront. It simply gives us permission to work directly with your insurance company and prepare an accurate estimate based on their scope of work.

You are not agreeing to pay anything out of pocket beyond your deductible, and you are not obligated to move forward unless your claim is approved.

If your insurance claim is not approved, there is no commitment to proceed with the project.

This allows us to:

• Ensure all damage is properly documented and included
   
• Help you receive the full coverage you are entitled to
