Renovation Specialist Application

Arborous Company is growing and looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Renovation Specialists in a sales-focused role. This is a part-time, commission-based independent contractor position centered around exterior home inspections and consultative home improvement sales.

As a Renovation Specialist, you’ll meet with homeowners, conduct exterior inspections, document findings, and present repair and renovation solutions. You’ll guide customers through the sales process from initial inspection to signed agreement while building trust and long-term relationships.

Typical availability is 10–20 hours per week, with flexible scheduling. Experience in sales, construction, roofing, or inspections is helpful but not required. We provide training, systems, and team support to help you succeed.
